CREATING POETRY & ART SPACES
IN BAYONNE, NEW JESERY
The Unraveled Project is built to do things differently.
Where traditional platforms simply feature art,
we dive deeper—exploring the human behind the pen
through live open mics, candid conversations, and archived media.
Whether you're pulling up a chair
at a live event with The Unraveled Poetry Syndicate in Bayonne
or diving into years of community media,
WELCOME TO THE SPACE!
Unraveling the local art scene, one stanza at a time.
Our Mission
When we hosted our first showcase at Shortys Bar in October 2023, the message from our neighbors was clear: Bayonne needed a place for poetry and art. Our mission is to provide a vibrant, local home for creative expression so residents don't have to leave town to find community. More than that, we aim to seed a lasting movement—inspiring local artists, organizers, and dreamers to launch their own initiatives, branch out, and shape the future of Bayonne’s creative landscape.
